Seed to first harvest
Moringa is tall enough to harvest within a year of sowing, so growers plant it along field edges and bunds.
MiracleTree Life Science · Madurai
Moringa grown, dried and milled in Madurai. Twenty-seven products, all from one tree.
2015 · AGRI INTEX
The world’s first moringa-leaf energy bar
Moringa is naturally nutrient-dense: iron, calcium, potassium, beta-carotene, and fibre, plus all nine essential amino acids, a complete plant protein that keeps its nutrition for months once dried, without refrigeration.

5usable parts
Each part is processed differently and ends up in a different product. Very little of the tree is thrown away.
40+grower families
A network of over forty farming families around Madurai grows with the company, and the planting trials and SOPs were shared with them, not kept.
We describe how the plant is grown and handled, not what it will do for you. Moringa is a food, and our products are foods — if you are pregnant, nursing, on prescribed medication or managing a condition, talk to your doctor before adding any supplement. More about the plant
Seven steps from the field to the pack. The drying is the one that matters most.
01
Quality control starts before the plant reaches the field. Seeds enter documented nursery protocols — germination protocols, grow-bag systems, soil-media modification and young-plant hardening — so every tree begins from a verified, healthy start.
02
Grown under one of four documented planting models — 12×12 ft, 8×8 ft, 4×4 ft or high density up to 3,800 plants an acre — matched to the crop's purpose: leaf, biomass or tree development. Every practice follows SOPs developed and demonstrated on our own farm.
03
Harvesting is planned around what happens next: post-harvest handling and drying requirements decide how and when leaf is picked. Careful harvesting is the first quality step after cultivation — and harvesting practices are among the SOPs we developed on our farm and transferred to farmers.
04
Building on years of low-temperature expertise, CLHPD represents the next stage in MiracleTree’s controlled dehydration journey. Developed specifically for premium Moringa and herbal materials, it safeguards the nutrients and integrity often lost to conventional drying.
05
Dried leaf enters a controlled chain — milling, sieving and quality control — before anything is formulated, blended or pressed. It is the same chain MiracleTree® now designs into full processing facilities: receiving, cleaning, de-stemming, controlled drying, milling, sieving, quality control, packing.
06
Packaging is a quality step, not an afterthought. It sits inside the controlled chain — formulation → packaging → traceability — so what reaches your kitchen can be traced back through processing to the farm.

09Our story
Miracletree Life Science has worked with moringa growers around Madurai for more than two decades.
The work has not changed much in that time: find growers who treat the tree properly, get the leaf into shade quickly, and dry it slowly enough that it still looks like a leaf when it reaches the mill.
Our story
Field notes on the tree, the harvest and the kitchen.
Stirred into warm rice with a little ghee or gingelly oil (Moringa Rice Mix), mixed into a ready podi for idli and dosa (Idli–Dosa Chutney Powder), brewed as masala chai (Chaitree®), or whisked as a sprouted multigrain drink (MOVITA®). No new habits just the plate you already have.
Fresh moringa leaf is highly perishable; inappropriate drying costs it colour, sensory quality, and nutrition. That is why we dry in controlled low-temperature closed chambers (ULTCD, 2014; CLHPD, 2019) rather than open sun. Green is not marketing; it is process control.
12×12 ft for large trees, 8×8 ft for balance, 4×4 ft for intensity, and high density up to 3,800 plants an acre for leaf and biomass. There is no single correct way to plant moringa — the pattern follows the purpose. Each model was demonstrated on our farm and written up as SOPs for visiting farmers.
